Workshop in English. Maximum capacity: 25 participants. Only for refugees
“S.A.E” refers to “seeking Asylum in Europe”. Where can people who are newcomers to German society find support? Who can be trusted in different fields like health, politics, culture and social affairs? What are the different experiences of discrimination through racism, sexual orientation and harassment, children and women, etc.? In the workshop we will learn the how to survive in this “S.A.E.”, sharing knowledge about experiences with citizens, activists, groups and institutions.
Maissara Saeed was born in 1973 in Omdurman in the middle of Sudan and fled to Germany in 2010. Since the early 90s he is politically active, fighting for peace, human rights and social justice.
