Communities of Color have to deal with various types of discrimination, which in addition to old stereotypes always take on new “contemporary” expressions. Our guests are active in self-organized groups and communities in Lower Saxony. What does their political activism have to do with their own identity? Are there similarities and where do they differ? Which infrastructure and alliances are needed in Hanover and Lower Saxony in order to act more effectively against discrimination? What kind of expectations do they have towards solidarity and allyship?
